An NI health trust has said it is investigating the cause of an appointment letter blunder that led to several missed appointments in its X-ray department last week.
The Northern Trust has said a postal error may be responsible for several patients failing to receive a letter inviting them to an appointment, resulting in several non-attendances at Whiteabbey Hospital over two days.
