Fulfilment provider Prolog has recruited Conor Wickham to the post of senior general manager.

The company said he brought with him over a decade of leadership experience in logistics, operations and supply chain management and his career included senior roles at Wincanton and Royal Mail.

Most recently he ran his own consultancy, Wickham Consulting.

In his new position, he will oversee Prolog’s daily operations across its two UK sites and lead a team of more than 110 employees.

His role includes collaboration with stakeholders across the business to support Prolog’s growth strategy.

Wickham said: “I was looking for a role with a forward-thinking 3PL with a strong culture, ambitious growth plans and opportunities for me to make a tangible impact and Prolog ticked all those boxes.

“I’m passionate about leading and developing teams, driving operational performance, and building long-term partnerships with our customers and am excited to play a role in Prolog’s continued success.”

Neil Daniells, Prolog Fulfilment CEO, added: “As we continue to grow it is vital that we have the right team in place.

“Conor’s experience and skills will complement those of our senior team and support the successful running of our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of services.”
