Photos show how eyesore site near Temple Meads has been transformed

A year from now will see a new chapter begin in the history of Bristol, with the opening of a huge new ‘Enterprise Campus’ at Temple Meads, which will be part of the University of Bristol.

The new campus has transformed what was an eyesore site right next to the station for 22 years, and will be the ‘anchor site’ to kickstart the ‘Temple Quarter’ regeneration of the entire area that includes St Philips, The Dings, St Philips Marsh, Temple Quay and all the way up to Barton Hill, Totterdown and Old Market.

With a year to go before the campus opens, Bristol Live was given a tour inside and out of the new building. Scroll through the images below to see how the site used to look and how it is taking shape now.
