The Bearsden Delivery Office, on Milngavie Road, will go under the hammer by Auction House Scotland on Thursday, November 27, along with three other Royal Mail locations.

Valued at £27,750, the building is close to the town centre and adjacent to the busy train station.

According to the listing, this substantial former delivery office offers significant appeal for conversion or redevelopment (subject to planning consents).

We reported in July that operations at a Royal Mail delivery office near Glasgow have been moved more than three miles away to Drumchapel following an assessment of the building.

The other three delivery offices up for auction are in Anstruther, Kirriemuir and Biggar.
