With cold weather and rain in Merseyside this week, leaving the house to go work, run errands or do the school run might seem a bit daunting. Even in a car it can be chilly.
However there are ways to make the cold mornings a bit easier and drivers wanting to stay warm and cosy on their commutes this winter are in luck. Aldi is selling a £7.99 gadget that is perfect for cold winter drives and could just make the route to work a little comfier.
The £7.99 Heated Car Seat allows you to warm your car seat to between approximately 30 to 40 degrees Celsius, meaning no more icy cold seats.
The Aldi heated seat has straps and hooks to secure it to your car seat.
It plugs into your vehicle’s 12V socket and has a hand control switch to operate.
It can be put on high or low mode depending on how warm you’d like it to get.
It has a built-in thermostat for overheating protection.
Aldi is also selling a £7.99 Car Windscreen which is said to prevent frost and ice building up on your windscreen.
Instead of standing in the cold with the scraper, Aldi says its windscreen cover offers full protection from the elements.
The cover has three strong magnets in the edges plus elastic straps to help secure it in place.
It also has extra covers to protect your wing mirrors too.
It is said to fit most vehicle sizes.
Both of Aldi’s cold weather car accessories are available now and will be in stores while stocks last.
