Police probing X1 bus driver attack on Coventry Road issue CCTV picture appeal

West Midlands Police officers are probing an attack on a bus driver in Birmingham.

The victim suffered a facial injury on the X1 service on Coventry Road, Sheldon, at around 6.45pm on November 9.

No arrests have been made.

Police inquiries continue.

The force has issued a picture of male who they want to identify.

Birmingham Police posted on Facebook: “Know who this is?

“We want to speak to him after a bus driver was assaulted in Birmingham.

“It happened on the X1 service on Coventry Road at around 6.45pm on 9 November.

“The driver sustained a facial injury.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote 20/438012/25.”
