ARCTIKO specialises in specialised refrigeration and freezer solutions for the biomedical sector, supporting the safe storage of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, research materials, and biological samples.

The companies have said the new headquarters will foster closer teamwork and support their long-term vision of delivering their joint offering to life science customers.

The Salisbury site includes an expanded calibration laboratory and a larger warehouse to increase stock capacity, improve logistics, and enable faster turnaround times.

Pete Cross, managing director of Lascar Electronics, said: “This new headquarters reflects how far Lascar has come.

“It gives our team the space, facilities, and focus to keep innovating and delivering the high standards of quality and reliability our customers rely on every day.”

John Burton, managing director of ARCTIKO, said: “For ARCTIKO, this move strengthens our operational footprint in the UK and supports our long-term ambitions within the life sciences sector.

“It creates the right environment for our teams to build, test, and deliver solutions that protect some of the world’s most valuable research and medical assets.”

An official opening ceremony was held to mark the launch of the new headquarters.

The event was seen as the beginning of a new chapter for both companies as they continue to expand their presence and capabilities within the sector.

With improved facilities and a shared strategic vision, the Salisbury headquarters is expected to help the companies build on their success and better serve customers across the life sciences industry.
