EBay earnings slide in fourth quarter as forecast disappoints (Market Watch)

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — EBay Inc. said Wednesday that net income fell more than 30% during the fourth quarter as sales came under pressure from the slowing economy and increased competition.
