Teacher brings thrill of inauguration back home (The Greenwood Commonwealth)

Teacher Dawn Stamps witnessed history in Washington Jan. 20 — and she was so inspired by it that she is working it into her classroom lesson plan. Stamps, 33, who teaches third grade at Threadgill Elementary School, was in the nation’s capital to see the inauguration of Barack Obama as president.
