Times are tough: Britain issues anti-fraud stamps (Las Cruces Sun-News)

Undated handout released by Britain’s Royal Mail Monday Feb 16 2009 of new postage stamps. The Royal Mail is reminding people that even in tough economic times they can only use stamps once. And just to be sure everyone gets that message Britain’s postal service is issuing a fraud-proof stamp.
