U.S. Sen. Mel Martinez (R-FL) will dedicate the Fort Pierce post office on Tuesday in memory of CeeCee Ross Lyles. Lyles died on United Airlines Flight 93, one of four planes hijacked in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
