eBay is meeting with a small group of top sellers in Miami this week. Last year, the company announced it was canceling its annual conference, which usually attracted 10,000 attendees, in favor of several small meetings around the country. eBay met with 50 top sellers at Long Beach last month where it pre-announced forthcoming policies.
