Gov. Jennifer Granholm says everyone from students to jobless workers will benefit from the federal recovery package. Speaking at a town hall meeting Thursday at Lansing’s Cristo Rey Community Center, Granholm explained that extra money is flowing to students who need Pell Grants, to those getting unemployment checks or food stamps, to job training programs and other areas.
