Idaho to dump assets test to expand food stamps (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Idaho will let more people in the swelling ranks of the unemployed get food stamps by temporarily dumping a requirement they first drain savings and sell valuables including boats, RVs, motorcycles and stocks and bonds.
