Clinton, Eureka would lose Human Services offices under Quinn plan (The Pantagraph)

NEW 4 p.m. SPRINGFIELD — Gov. Pat Quinn’s plan to close 17 Department of Human Services offices across central and southern Illinois would mean longer drives for people who need services such as food stamps.
