FedEx Jury Says Company Doesn’t Owe Contract Drivers Overtime (Bloomberg)

March 31 (Bloomberg) — FedEx Corp. didn’t illegally deny overtime pay to contract delivery drivers who said the company wrongly called them entrepreneurs and exerted too much control over them, a Seattle jury decided today.
