More folks turning to WIC, food stamps for help (Jacksonville Daily News)

Times are tough, and area supplemental programs are seeing an increase in those needing help. The Food and Nutrition Services caseload has increased by more than 500 cases in the last year, said Julia Collins, economic services director at the Onslow County Department of Social Services.
