Stamps will cost 2 cents more starting Monday (Beloit Daily News)

The 2-cent increase in stamp prices may leave some saying “D’oh!” but post office customers can change that exclamation into a “Woohoo!” if they buy Forever Stamps before Monday or purchase the colorful new “Simpsons” stamps.
