Suspected Strathmore Post Office burglar arrested (Visalia Times-Delta / Tulare Advance-Register)

A man suspected of stealing a woman’s purse in the parking lot outside the Strathmore Post Office has been arrested, according to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
