Post office runs low on stamps (Washington Daily News)

Veteran U.S. Postal Service employee LeVerne Buck shows off some 2-cent stamps, which have been hard to acquire in Washington. Because postal rates recently increased, the stamps are in demand to augment the difference between old first-class stamps and the new rate.
