Post Office Renamed To Honor Soldier (The Kentucky Post)

The post office in Dayton, Kentucky will be re-named Wednesday to honor a local soldier killed in Afghanistan. The post office on Sixth Avenue will now be called Staff Sergeant Nicholas Ray Carnes Post Office.
