eBay and L’Oreal to Mediate in Counterfeiting Case (AuctionBytes)

The Associated Press reports that eBay and L’Oreal have agreed to mediation to settle a dispute in France over the issue of counterfeiting. eBay UK issued a statement last Friday reporting that the UK High Court had ruled in its favor in the L’Oreal counterfeiting case on all counts and had referred a number of items to the European Court of Justice for clarification and confirmation.
