Residents may now pre-apply for disaster food stamps (WWL-TV, Channel 4 New Orleans)

BATON ROUGE, La. – Residents looking to avoid the hassle of applying for disaster food stamps in the immediate aftermath of a hurricane now have the option of pre-applying for them with the Louisiana Department of Social Services.
