Former United States Trade Representative Joins FedEx Corp. Board of Directors (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)

MEMPHIS, Tenn.—-The Board of Directors of FedEx Corp. today elected Ambassador Susan C. Schwab, U.S. Trade Representative from 2006 to 2009, as a director. The Board also appointed Ambassador Schwab as a member of its Compensation Committee.
