We were supposed to meet former Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Mpigi, Nalongo Victoria Namusisi at her home in Entebbe at about 8.00a.m – we get there on time but she keeps us waiting. Why would someone tell you to meet them very early in the morning and then fail to make it on time?
