Kennedy welcomes return of Avoch post office (Scottish Liberal Democrats)

MP Charles Kennedy has welcomed the news that the post office in Avoch will re-open next week, with a temporary arrangement to provide post office services in the village on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am until 1pm.
