WASHINGTON (AP) – It’s time to start stocking up on those Forever stamps. The cost of mailing a letter is going up a penny. The Postal Service says a first-class stamp will cost 42 cents as of May 12th. The price of the Forever stamp will go up at the same time. More: continued here
