FedEx Truck Crash Kills NY Pedestrian (WCBS-TV New York)

A pedestrian has been killed after being struck by a FedEx delivery truck on Long Island. Long Beach City Police Lt. Bruce Meyer says the accident happened about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. The truck struck several parked cars before hitting the pedestrian. The victim, described as a middle-aged man, was not immediately identified.
