The Highland Post Office will host an open house Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Postal officials will distribute DVDs and brochures warning of identity theft and fraudulent schemes, sugesting ways to protect yourself, and advising on how to report suspected fraud.
