Golf’s FedEx Cup ready to start — excited? (The Desert Sun)

The PGA Tour will finally begin the end of its main schedule this week with the first event in the four-tournament FedEx Cup playoffs. After hyping the playoffs throughout the season, it will take four weeks for Tiger Woods or someone else to walk away with the $10 million winner’s share of the $35 million playoff bonus package.
