Orange County firefighters extricated a man from underneath a tractor-trailer after his leg was pinned between two wheels. The man, described by officials as in his 40s, was trying to dig the FedEx truck out after it became stuck in sand at 2135 Sprint Blvd. near Apopka, fire officials said.
