US postal museum in DC receives $8M for larger gallery; businessman also loans rare stamps (Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune)

WASHINGTON – The National Postal Museum has received an $8 million donation to build a new street-level gallery in Washington, D.C. Officials said Tuesday that the gift from William H. Gross, founder of Pacific Investment Management Co., was the largest donation in the museum’s history.
