eBay adds data mining expert to research and development team (InternetRetailer.com)

Online marketplace eBay Inc. has made several management and organization changes recently aimed at bolstering its technical expertise. Last week, it made one more when it hired data mining expert Eric Brill as its vice president of research and applied science.
