MONTEREY — The U.S. Postal Service takes a dive with its latest nature stamps. The 11th stamp sheet in the Nature of America series, which highlight 27 fish, plants and animals from the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, will be unveiled in an underwater ceremony Thursday at the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Kelp Forest Exhibit.
