The Midtown post office won’t be closed, the office of U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) announced last night. In a news release, Miss Kaptur said she had received assurances from the postmaster general that the post office, at 1609 Dorr St. will be removed from the Postal Service’s list of possible candidates for closing.
