Rams quarterback Marc Bulger is tackled after scrambling for a six-yard gain in first quarter action during a game between the St. Louis Rams and the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field in Landover, Md. Bulger fumbled at the end of the play but the ball was recovered by Rams guard Mark Setterstrom.
