ELLENSBURG- Starting Monday, the Ellensburg Post Office will offer regular, next-day delivery of first-class letters Monday through Friday to selected locations in the Pacific Northwest, but to be eligible mail must be dropped off before 3 p.m. at one of 12 blue drop boxes around the city and at the post office, according to a news release.
