By Bernie Delinski, Staff Writer A Tuscumbia architectural firm is being hired to provide professional services involved in turning the old downtown post office into a new City Hall and storage area. Parker Architects will charge 9.75 percent of the cost of construction on the project. The City Council unanimously agreed Monday night to award Parker the contract.
