Talks on cigaret strip stamps cleared (Manila Standard Today)

A committee of the National Economic and Development Authority has allowed the Bureau of Internal Revenue to pursue talks with SICPA Product Security SE over the Swiss company’s proposal to provide tamper-proof strip stamps on local cigarets.
