Sin tax stamps plan cost bloats by P4B (The Daily Tribune)

The cost of the scheme to put stamps tax on so-called sin products, including liquors and cigarettes, being proposed by Switzerland-based Sicpa Product Security SA has bloated to P18 billion from P14 billion in just six months when it was first introduced, the powerful House ways and means committee found out during a recent hearing on the plan.
