Fredericktown Postmaster Mark Montgomery held a special dedication ceremony at the post office last Saturday, November 21, 2009. The event was to recognize the 70th anniversary of the installation of the oil mural, “The Lead Belt”, which was painted by James Baare Turnbull in 1939.
