Residents looking to participate in this year’s Trees for Troops program can donate Christmas trees through Mahoney’s Garden Centers, including those in Chelmsford and Tewksbury, until Dec. 6. The chain has teamed with FedEx and the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation to help deliver trees to military homes worldwide.
