Local NewPage paper used for holiday stamps (Stevens Point Journal)

MIAMISBURG, Ohio For the sixth consecutive year, the U.S. Postal Service will use NewPage paper produced in central Wisconsin for its winter holiday stamps, the papermaker announced today.
