GEORGETOWN, Del. -(Dow Jones)- Google Inc. (GOOG) was a rival bidder pursuing the minority investment in Craigslist eventually sold to eBay Inc. (EBAY) in 2004, according to statements made in Delaware Chancery court Thursday.
