WOOLRICH – Is it the Grinch stealing Christmas? Three Pine Creek Township residents have reported packages left outside their homes by FedEx and UPS have been stolen. Pine Creek Township Police Chief Dave Winkleman said the thefts occurred in the last two days and all three were from properties on Park Avenue in Woolrich.
