New Year’s post office changes (Ottumwa Courier)

OTTUMWA — All post offices in the Ottumwa district will be open on Thursday, Dec. 31, but many will shorten retail lobby hours and close at noon. Regular mail delivery for Dec. 31 will be unaffected by the change.
