Woman accused of trying to smuggle drugs into Hawkins jail under postage stamps

ROGERSVILLE — Postage stamps may end up costing a Hawkins County woman more than 44 cents each after she allegedly hid narcotics beneath the stamps in letters she sent to her husband while he was an inmate at the Hawkins County Jail.
