Traffic delays as crash blocks road

ONE of the major routes into Ipswich has been blocked this morning after a Royal Mail van and a car collided, threatening chaos at rush hour. The accident happened at around 6.30am in Spring Road at the junction Howard Street, outside the Bricklayers Arms pub.
