Temporary Food Stamp Registration Sites to Assist Those Impacted by Oil Spill

The Louisiana Department of Social Services is operating temporary registration sites for the regular Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as food stamps, in Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Jefferson and St. Tammany parishes to assist individuals and families impacted by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill apply for needed benefits.
