A man who shot his girlfriend during a car chase before driving through a house was charged Tuesday with nine felonies. Joseph B. Stamps, 28, of the 1100 block of Hoyt Drive in Bellefontaine Neighbors, was shot by police who responded to the scene Friday at the corner of Nectar and Ewell drives.
